Older woman who started my order was fantastic, the lady who took my money? Terrible. First off I was in the drive thru for about 45 minutes because even if you wanted to, once you enter, there’s no leaving. About 15 minutes after receiving my payment, they told me to pull forward so I could continue to wait for my singular salad. After I asked “really? For a salad?” The horrendous woman told me they just had a volleyball team come through so they’re backed up. For a salad. So I pulled up, and realizing someone who placed a larger order, is already being served I stopped so they couldn’t continue to skip me waiting, for a SINGULAR SALAD. The emotionally unstable employee came outside, asking me if I wanted a refund after already having been here almost an hour, FOR A SINGULAR SALAD. I told her “no thank you I want my food” so she started raising her voice and cussing at me. I told her I’d be there waiting for my food and rolled my window up to avoid any further conflict. Eventually, after about 5 more minutes she came back out with my order and basically threw the bag in my window. I still said “thank you have a great day” and she turns around screaming “f you” giving me the finger

Ordered food on app and when it didn’t show up at the time suggested I called and the manager (Saniah) went far and beyond to take care of the issue that DoorDash was having and she redid my order to be fresh and have one of her employees come and deliver it to me at my job. She is a great manager. That is what customer service is all about. Happy Panera customer.

Stopped with my daughter for a cinnamon crunch bagel and they only had 1. Kendall, made a great suggestion for my daughter cause I got the cinnamon. Blueberry raisin for her. And he asked about having a rewards account and I almost forgot. I got our order free. He was respectful, patient, and very friendly at the window. Kudos Kendall, we'll be back.

I came for lunch and left full and pleased with my choice of chicken salad and a kitchen sink cookie. Try the Pomegranate drink. So good!

In town for the weekend and this Panera location was right next door to my hotel which I greatly appreciated. The hotel has a bistro that serves breakfast (paid, not free), but I figured I’d go with what I know instead of unfamiliar. I go over around 8:30AM, the store is pretty empty expect for me and one other customer but it was super clean and immaculate. The cashier was friendly, quick & efficient. I was excited to try the new CinnaCrunch Banana Greek Yogurt Parfait so I I ordered it to go along with a breakfast sandwich, coffee and a pastry to snack on later. My order was completed in a timely fashion and I love the electronic kiosk on the wall that tracks your order as it’s prepared, great addition Panera! And like I counted on everything was made fresh and was tasty. The smell of the hazelnut coffee as it was pouring from the carafe was invigorating, woke me right up! My experience at this location was everything that an experience at any Panera should be, everything was pretty perfect. P.S. They have an actual drive through! Haven’t seen a drive through back at home.
